DEAUS (African-American) Initiatives at the UN

Our mission is the “Return and Resettlement” of Descendants of Enslaved Africans in the United States (DEAUS) to Africa into a claimed/ceded territory (Corporate Republic). The organizations has initiated a program of activities for an UNGA resolution as a guide to help policymakers integrate a migration/resettlement plan and international law into a United Nations resolution (i.e. legislation, policies, programs, projects and other initiatives).

Some of our initiatives:

  • UNGA Resolution  - The Return and Resettlement of DEAUS into our claimed land or ceded land.

    • International  Law

      • The Right of Self Determination - right of a people to self-determination is a cardinal principle in modern international law (commonly regarded as a jus cogens rule), binding, as such, on the United Nations

      • The Right of Return (ICCPR) -  right to return has a solid foundation in international law. Article 13(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) states, "Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country

      • The Right to Development - UNGA Declaration on the Right to Development

  • Ta Meri (State) Recognition

  • Migration Policy

  • UN Working Group for DEAUS

  • African Union Passport and Headquarters for the AU 6th Region

KNC supports many UN resolutions and promote knowledge of its principles and activities in accordance with KNC aims and purposes.
